摘要: Single crystals of KTiOAsO4, a material which is isostructural with the well‐known nonlinear optical KTiOPO4 (KTP), were grown by flux process and its dielectric properties characterized. Compared to KTP, KTiOAsO4 has higher figure merit for second‐harmonic generation, larger electro‐optic coefficients, lower ionic conductivity. As result, should become viable alternative KTP.
