摘要: Abstract CaTiO 3 nanocrystals doped with praseodymium were obtained by sol–gel method. The sizes of depend on the synthesis method and annealing temperature; change from 24 nm for samples annealed at 700 °C to 45 nm 1100 °C. more heavily nanocrystallite sample under laser pumping in P 2 manifold exhibits 77 K unusual blue emission 0 level. intensity increases Pr 3+ concentration range 0.1–10%.
