摘要: In this chapter, we draw direct comparisons between corporate crime and terrorism in order to improve our understanding on how better control each. We acknowledge obvious differences the criminal terrorist organization, but also raise important similarities them. Namely, corporations organizations both strive survive highly competitive environments have adopted more complex organizational structures over time achieve goal. However, it is complexity thatmakes difficult for justice officials detect prosecute illicit behavior. After drawing upon literature areas describe complexity, offer several (surprisingly similar) recommendations organization.
