摘要: Building on the growing literature that views organizations as complex adaptive systems, this paper proposes a general model to analyze relationship between organizational context and attitudes. In particular, we focus how system of formal informal communication channels characterize an organization timing information flows affect dynamic process attitude change. We also use stylized version illustrate framework is able generate insights are relevant particular situations.
