Influence of 4-hydroxylated polychlorinated biphenyls on the secretory function of bovine ovarian cells: Role of the steroidogenic factor-1 receptor

摘要: Abstract The hydroxy-derivatives (OHPCBs) of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) can accumulate in the tissues reproductive tract animals and humans may still have estrogen-like properties. Moreover, “orphan” nuclear receptor Steroidogenic Factor-1 (SF-1) be target PCBs. aim present study was to determine effect 4OH4CB 4OH3CB on secretion estradiol (E2), progesterone (P4), oxytocin (OT) from granulosa cells follicles 1 cm diameter luteal collected at four stages estrous cycle cows. Furthermore, possibility that 4OHPCBs an OT synthesis via SF studied using blocker (F0160). Used OHPCBs increased P4 both sizes with a >1 cm. These increases were inhibited by SF-1 blocker. In cells, all phases cycle, while during first half cycle. Concomitant increase expression precursor mRNA (NP-I/OT) observed. This results indicate impair secretory function ovarian steroidogenic disrupting steroidogenesis increasing secretion, appears essentially involved these processes.
