摘要: Apparently F's model is hard to accept as realistic mechanism of wave growth by turbulent momentum transfer nor does FR clarify obscure points in F questioned T. However, a Japanese proverbial horse which jumps out bottle-gourd, useful development might come false start, since even science not lack such examples. I hope the present case will be one example.
