摘要: A current control circuit controls a gate potential of transistor to equalize load IL with trapezoidal wave signal Sb. The Sb increases at constant gradient when drive command Sa turns into H level. Due increase IL, the starts operating in linear region and voltage VGS abruptly increases. saturation state detecting Sc L level exceeds reference Vr. generating stops When level, decreases gradient. according reduction
