摘要: A method and apparatus for detecting the machining status of a laser beam device, having multi-mirror resonator generating beam, which utilizes secondary light generated by operation returned from workpiece surface into control operation. The oscillator accompanying components, such as dividing mirrors splitters, are operative to separate within direct two beams separately detectors located outside resonator. Alternatively, may be directed together where they separated an integrating sphere detection.
