摘要: In certain embodiments, the invention relates to optical probes and methods for conducting Raman spectroscopy of a material at multiple excitation wavelengths. The utilize elements focus outputs from plurality light sources or lasers onto sample, collect backscattered separate spectra light, provide least one output containing spectra. By utilizing wavelengths, avoid measurement issues that may occur due to, example, fluorescence and/or luminescence.
