摘要: This paper details the current research on size tolerances of component parts machined through peripheral end milling using a prototype simulation software for virtual based previously reported cutting force and surface generation models. Firstly, was employed predicting prismatic by varying one controllable variable at time then, relationship between tolerance changed monitored. When distinct noted it verified both analytically experimentally. The results indicated that while average variation, which contributed to variation basic parts, always proportional metal removal rate, range variations not. Thus, there is scope increasing rate without sacrificing tolerances. knowledge acquired this can be applied selecting an optimum condition when are specified.Copyright © 2006 ASME
