摘要: A titanium oxide-containing material having a surface plated with oxide. It is prepared by dissolving fluoride (such as tetrafluoride) in an amount of 2.0% owf water, immersing raw the obtained aqueous solution to treat at room temperature for 30 min, and adding 0.5:1:1 (on weight basis) mixture boric acid, citric add, DL-malic add 0.5% 50° C. followed washing water. The materials usable herein include synthetic fibers, metals, glass, woods, may be form sheet, plate, fiber, rod, or like. Introduction noble metal, such gold silver, addition oxide, onto enables acceleration photocatalytic action
