摘要: A titanium oxide-containing material having a surface plated with oxide. It is prepared by dissolving fluoride (such as tetrafluoride) in an amount of 2.0% owf water, immersing raw the obtained aqueous solution to treat at room temperature for 30 min, and adding 0.5:1:1 (on weight basis) mixture boric acid, citric add, DL-malic add 0.5% 50° C. followed washing water.
