摘要: An approach is provided for implementing a virtual file system using key-value-based storage interface. A key-value directory framework determines one or more files stored in at least stream-based store. The causes, part, grouping of the into directory. includes, pairs distributed also (a) identifier files, directory, combination thereof as keys pairs; (b) block-based access information associated with values and (c) locking mechanism to facilitate coordination threads across multiple hosts.
