摘要: The environment in which organisms live can greatly influence their development. Consequently, environmental enrichment (EE) is progressively recognized as an important component the improvement of brain function and It has been demonstrated that rodents raised under EE conditions exhibit favorable neuroanatomical effects improve learning, spatial memory, behavioral performance. Here, by using senescence-accelerated prone mice (SAMP8) these a model adverse genetic for development, we determined effect raising during early life conditions. We found better generalized performance SAMP8 results four learning tests. In addition, broad molecular correlation hippocampus increase NeuN Ki67 expression, well expression neurotrophic factors, such pleiotrophin (PTN) brain-derived factor (BDNF), with parallel decrease neurodegenerative markers GSK3, amyloid-beta precursor protein, phosphorylated beta-catenin, reduction SBDP120, Bax, GFAP, interleukin-6 (IL-6), resulting neuroprotective panorama. Globally, it be concluded applied to at young ages resulted epigenetic regulatory mechanisms give rise significant beneficial molecular, cellular, levels particularly hippocampus.
