摘要: Members of the eukaryotic hsp90 family function as important molecular chaperones in assembly, folding and activation a select group cellular signalling molecules transcription factors. Several with which interacts, such bHLH factor myoD, are known to be regulators developmental events vertebrates. However, little information is available support any specific role for developing embryos vivo. In this study, we provide first vivo evidence that alpha gene may play process myogenesis. We show constitutive mRNA zebrafish restricted primarily subset cells within somites pectoral fin buds also express myoD. Furthermore, expression down-regulated along myoD differentiated muscles trunk at time when levels encoding muscle structural protein alpha-tropomyosin remain high. No detectable CNS control temperatures. contrast, heat shock-induced occurs throughout embryo all stages development examined. The patterns strongly suggest plays normal myogenesis addition providing protection during periods environmental stress.
