摘要: In biological systems lipids generate membranes and have a key role in cell signaling energy storage. Therefore, there is wide diversity of molecular lipid expressed at the compositional level organelles, as well tissues, whose distribution remains unclear. Here, we report mass spectrometry study abundance across 7 rat detecting quantifying 652 species from glycerolipid, glycerophospholipid, fatty acyl, sphingolipid, sterol prenol categories. Our results demonstrate that every tissue analyzed presents specific concentration. Thus, glycerophospholipids are most abundant lipid, they share similar but differ particular between tissues. Sphingolipids more concentrated renal cortex can be found mainly both liver kidney. Both types white adipose tissue, visceral subcutaneous, rich glycerolipids differing amount. Acylcarnitines skeletal muscle, gluteus soleus, while heart higher levels ubiquinone than other The present demonstrates existence tissue-specific fingerprint.
