摘要: Thirty litters of C57BL 6J mice were administered intraperitoneally one four doses (0, 500, 750, and 1,000 mg/kg maternal weight) acetazolamide on day 9 gestation. The fetuses removed 18 fixed, stained, cleared, examined for the pattern malformations. forelimb postaxial limb deficiency was most common abnormality, but polydactyly a in hindlimb also observed. Males significantly more likely to be malformed than females at all doses, contrast predominance observed rat exposed (Scott et al.: Teratology 6:239–240, '73). occurrence malformations did not correlate with weight loss, birth fetus, or position fetus uterus. A “litter effect” demonstrated that there nonuniform distribution different proportions fetuses.
