摘要: Measurements of the normal-incidence electroreflectance clean, strain- free single crystals Ag and Au with use a novel drop-electrolyte technique shown an anisotropy on (110) face which is not present Au. It can be explained by field-induced indirect interband transitions are observed in but This work shows that part spectrum arises from electrons interact periodic crystal potential. (auth)
