摘要: In vitro nucleic acid polymerization reactions have the potential to generate novel replicating templates as byproducts of enzymatic synthesis. These selfish are termed “minimonsters” in reference their small size and rapid rate amplification. Several minimonster sequences been isolated from RNA characterized some detail. The structure replication mechanism two such reviewed, a new class minimonsters that operate by is introduced.
