摘要: The effect of carbonic anhydrase (CA), urea and urease on the CaCO3 deposition in shell-repair membrane snail, Helix pomatia, was studied by injection CA separately or combination with urease. This treatment resulted increased deposits apparent crystal formation within membranes compared those controls. reactions to combined were not uniform. Formation organic crystalline structures dendritic spherulites observed some these membranes, whereas crystals suppressed. Administration alone inhibited large crystals, stimulated this process. reaction young snails greater adults. contained tighly packed, small structures, which indicated increase calcifying centra their successive mineralization. results support assumption that enhance rate calcium carbonate pomatia.
