摘要: A new chromogenic as well fluorogenic protocol based on the spirobenzopyran system for selective detection of nerve agent mimics (diethyl chlorophosphate or DCP vapour) within a few seconds (∼30 s) is designed, synthesized and characterized in this study. The nucleophilic attack from oxygen atom spiro ring electrophilic phosphonyl group chlorophosphate) causes opening (SP) framework ultimately gives rise to meta stable merocyanine (MC) form give fluorescent species, which signal red region (∼675 nm). ‘turn-on’ fluorescence colorimetric change colourless yellow was observed upon addition DCP, evokes almost 124 84 fold enhancement absorbance emission intensity, respectively, compare probe itself. To best our knowledge, such sensor network has not been reported date. Moreover, limit found be 10−8 M level solution phase. We also developed it portable chemosensor kit demonstrated its practical application real-time monitoring.
