摘要: A rotating object such as a wheel, wheel cover, or hubcap includes lighting arrangement in the form of super-thin element an electro-luminescent photo-luminescent strip panel. In case panel, power supply is positioned on so not to interfere with rotation object, and may include specially designed spring-based motion sensitive switch which can be deactivated by inserting straw-like member between poles switch.
