摘要: Objectives. Wecompared mortality of ex-prisoners and other state residents to identify unmet health care needs among former prisoners. Methods. We linked North Carolina prison records with death for 1980 2005 estimate the number overall cause-specific deaths male aged 20 69 years used standardized ratios (SMRs) compare these observed expected had they experienced same age-, race-, rates as residents. Results.
