摘要: It is now well established that many cell agonists, hormones or neurotransmitters called “first messengers” provoke intracellulary a concentration change of “second messenger” like cyclic AMP, GMP Ca2+ (for review: Dumont et al., 1981), (Fig. 1). An increase these second messengers leads to saturation specific receptor proteins which can be either regulatory domains enzymes in case Ca2+, binding proteins, e. g. calmodulin.
