摘要: Abstract Short-acting ACTH was administered to 14 day old male and female rats, at the time of plasma peak concentration those estrogen-like compounds, principally adrenal origin. Neither nor content were modified by this treatment while progesterone cortieosterone productions stimulated. In contrast, concentrations compounds significantly decreased after administration steroidogenesis inhibitors: cycloheximide aminoglutethimide. After long-acting ACTH, dexamethasone or aminoglutethimide during 3 period preceding peak, dramatically in both adrenals; furthermore, estrone-like more than that estradiol-like ACTH.
