RESULTS sample included 98 women. Prevalence ranged from 3.1% 8.2% throughout year, whereas 36.7% demonstrated a clinically meaningful decline in baseline 4 months, which remained relatively stable. Greater was associated fatigue (β = -0.78, z = 17.48, p < .01) insomnia (β = -0.58, z = 5.24, p < .01). Short-term fluctuations (p < .05), but not or predicted future CI. Fatigue (p < .001) significant predictor reported insomnia. CONCLUSION Subjective is prevalent impairments. Fatigue, remain stable Changes may have little effect on cognition. require targeted intervention for these side effects.
