摘要: Charge carriers, that is, holes as well trapped and “free” electrons were investigated by means of time resolved spectroscopy in anodic TiO2 nanotubes heat treated at different temperatures. The lifetimes the charge carrier compared with those generated reference layers Solaronix Ti-Nanoxide D Degussa P25 nanoparticles. Remarkably long lived only noted nanotubes. These findings have significance view any photoelectrochemical applications
