摘要: Mechanical and thermal sequences impact largely on thermo-mechanical fatigue of dies in a die casting operations. Innovative techniques to optimize the conditions samples are major focus researchers. This study investigates typical steel. Die surface initiation crack propagation were stimulated by hardness gradients, acting contact layer. A design experiments (DOE) was developed analyze effect as-machined roughness parameters properties. The experimental data assessed life assessment model, being assisted response methodology (RSM). eminent valuation grounded length, properties due fatigue. results analyzed using analysis variance method. Parameter optimization conducted Based optimal 26.5 μm 3.114 roughness, 306 HV0.5 produced.
