摘要: Risk governance is an approach adopted to understand and comprehensively handle the complexity of decision-making processes involved in risk production reduction. In this chapter, it argued that evaluation may go beyond measurement performance advancement disaster reduction—it can also act increase social learning awareness, reach consensus over equitable distribution risks negotiate a preferred level risk. Thus, participatory proposed exchange sharing different concerns, knowledges, interests, values societal players. Finally, framework based on mixed hierarchical networked structure criteria, components, dimensions advanced complete system. framework, criteria should measure not just policy development but organizational structure, as well role actors intervention formal informal arrangements.
