摘要: Abstract The dispersion relation which connects the real and imaginary parts of single-particle potential in finite nuclei is written a form involves an integration over part at negative as well positive energies. polarization correlation contributions to shell-model can then be calculated by using input empirical values potential. Numerical results are presented case 40 Ca 208 Pb. It found that sum changes sign Fermi energy e F . surface peaked for nucleon energies E such | − This peak much narrower nuclear than interior. An average effective mass defined considering volume integral field. full width half-maximum enhancement this equal about 30 MeV 15 These findings good agreement with dependence depth optical-model
