摘要: Developing a material with new morphology is very important for improving the functional performance and finding applications. Monoclinic samarium oxysulfate (Sm2O2SO4) nanoplates were first prepared using hydrothermal process followed by post-annealing treatment of an as-synthesized Sm2(OH)4SO4·2H2O plate at 450 °C. The fundamental physicochemical properties examined scanning electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission Rietveld X-ray diffraction crystallographic data analysis, thermogravimetric analysis/differential calorimetry, Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy, Raman ultraviolet–visible-NIR absorption, photoelectron spectroscopy.
