Complications de la gastroentérite à éosinophiles : une observation et revue de la littérature

摘要: Resume Introduction La gastroenterite a eosinophiles est une pathologie rare caracterisee par infiltration de la paroi du tube digestif des polynucleaires eosinophiles. L’atteinte œsophagienne peu frequente, habituellement revelee dysphagie. C’est l’histologie au cours d’une endoscopie digestive qui permet d’evoquer le diagnostic apres elimination principaux diagnostics differentiels. Le traitement repose sur corticotherapie systemique, ameliore facon spectaculaire les symptomes et lesions endoscopiques. Observation Nous rapportons un cas avec atteinte predominante compliquee d’hemorragie severe fistule. Conclusion evolution potentiellement pejorative. formes compliquees mal codifie plus souvent empirique.
