摘要: For several years it has been recognized that the features of new physical systems provided by present-day technology require a quantum treatment electron transport (for recent reviews on subject see Grubin et al., 1988; Ferry 1990). We shall not repeat here reasons for such belief. rather concentrate an introduction to basic ideas theory and give brief account some efforts are presently being made obtain numerical results estimate main effects or, at least, test approaches. In fact, even though theoretical concepts methods have developed long ago, they hardly yielded any result compare with experimental data, owing complexity mathematics involved lack clear evidences.
