摘要: The coercivity of surface grains a Nd–Fe–B sintered magnet can be measured unequivocally if the is thin slab with orientation its c-axis parallel to largest surface. Due loss part neodymium-rich grain boundary phase, Nd2Fe14B have low after machining. When Nd layer sputter deposited on and annealed in temperature range from 500 675 °C, recovers full value, which identical bulk was cut. Transmission electron microscopy has indicated formation fcc interfacial phase having lattice constant a=0.548 nm between specimen whose recovered. In addition double hexagonal closed packed (metallic Nd), A-type Nd2O3 been observed inner region film away interface. structure a=0.382 nm c=0.5...
