摘要: Dendritic arborization patterns of neurons in the hypothalamic arcuate nucleus and course their axons outside median eminence were studied using Golgi material, electron microscopic detection degenerated axon terminals following surgical interference, horseradish peroxidase technique. Two kinds can be distinguished nucleus: small fusiform somewhat larger polygonal cells. Fusiform having two, sparsely arborizing stem dendrites are localized mainly medial dorsal parts nucleus. A variant (pear shaped cells) has only one dendritic stem, originates at other pole neuron. These latter cells found along ependymal wall third ventricle. Polygonal which occupy ventral lateral portions have 4–5 repeatedly branching dendrites. In addition to well known towards eminence, there both leave or dorsolateral direction. Axons this frequently issue a collateral branch first 100–150 μm trajectory. knife-cut through its border resulted degeneration area between ventromedial nuclei, sector itself. cut located nuclei caused over large part with considerable increase portion. Labeled seen injection into hypothalamus. The results suggest unequivocally that efferent connections not but also area.
