摘要: A novel automated liquid/liquid extraction system was developed for the determination of trace contaminants in unalloyed, alloyed and highly steels super alloys. In presented batch aqueous phase non-water miscible organic were brought into close contact by high-speed stirring with a magnetic stir bar. Iodide complexes Ag, Bi, Cd, Pb, Sb, Sn, Tl, Zn extracted from steel digests 4-methylpentan-2-one (MIBK) containing 20 g L−1 trioctylphosphine oxide. Tl quantitatively whereas yields 83%, 61% 75% respectively. Using high resolution continuum source flame AAS (HR-CS-FAAS) analyte quantification method validated using 21 certified reference materials (CRMs).
