摘要: Dimensioning procedures for prioritized channel assignment in a cellular radio network are considered. Under the cutoff priority discipline, single cell and multicell system formulated as nonlinear discrete capacity allocation problems. Exact incremental algorithms which efficiently solve proposed problems devised. They based on properties of blocking probabilities new calls handoff calls. Given number available frequency channels together with arrival rates grade service (GOS) both types each cell, algorithm SP1 generates an optimal ensures distinct GOSs calls, SP2 finds minimum required cell. Algorithm MP extends to provides all system. The very fast appropriate fair among cells. >
