摘要: Removal of the zona pellucida is an important step in isolation inner cells from embryos. The could be removed either by mechanical means or exposing embryos to proteolytic enzymes as made up glycoproteins. Even though there were various methods isolate embryos, enzyme digestive method was more convenient and better method. present study undertaken compare effect different (0.5 percent pronase, 0.5 trypsin papain) on zonalysis quality subsequently isolated cells/ stem vitro-produced preimplantation buffalo Out those enzymes, found effective superior.
