摘要: An analytic theory for the dispersion of fundamental mode on wide open microstrip is presented. Only a single basis function needed to accurately represent each change and current distributions strip, thus allowing more efficient determination propagation constant as compared moment-method solutions requiring larger number functions. The results obtained blend smoothly into high-frequency (Wiener-Hopf) theories, still retain appealing physical interpretation in terms capitance inductance narrow strip previously by authors.
