摘要: Abstract This paper presents the development of wood plastic composite manufactured from recycled polypropylene/polyethylene (r-PP/PE) blend reinforced with kenaf fibre. The r-PP/PE were sourced rejected-unused diapers, which and absorbent gel separated. was prepared by varying fibre loadings, at 0, 30, 40, 50, 60 wt%. tested for flexural impact tests followed thermal morphological analyses. analysis performed using differential scanning calorimetry technique, while electron microscopy used analysis. It found that maximum strength 30 wt% fibre, meanwhile modulus SEM morphology showed failure mode fractures such as voids, breakage matrix cracking. From analysis, addition reduced degree crystallinity but an improvement can be observed after second step heating cooling.
