摘要: Results and Discussion Two MR contrast agents, conjugated to PNA cell penetrating peptide, were synthesized characterized by ESI-MS. Fluorescence studies showed that both agents could enter efficiently into 3T3 cells in a concentration dependent manner from 0.5 M 9.0 M; the agent was located vesicles around nucleus.
