摘要: The report summarizes work completed through a cooperative agreement between the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to study methods analyzing extreme climate events. overall goal of this project is develop statistical models events that will be useful construction application scenarios future climate. results provide determining how likelihood may change as other more general parameters (e.g., mean or variance) change.
