摘要: The temperature dependence of the photoluminescence (PL) rare-earth ion activated Y2SiO5 was investigated from room to 573 K. Ion activators such as Eu3+, Ce3+, Sm3+, Tb3+ and some their combinations were studied in this study. most efficient blue, green red phosphors at elevated found by doping (Ce3+ + Tb3+), Eu3+ respectively, material system. Meanwhile, relationship between structure PL RexY2−xSiO5 also discussed.
