摘要: Abstract Lyophilized extracts of embryonic, post-embryonic and adult chick total lens proteins were tested against pigeon γ-crystallin antiserum by different immunochemical methods in order to determine the time appearance this crystallin antigen lens. Results obtained from experiments agree showing that immunoprecipitin line first begins appear 1-week-old This delay could possibly be one reasons why amount is so low
