摘要: Solid–solid heterogeneous photooxidation of egg albumin with TiO2 was carried out under near UV-light irradiation (λ > 370 nm) and the oxidation behavior investigated. Egg photooxidized to form CO2 without evolution CO organic byproducts. The activity for TiO2-catalyzed strongly depended on mixing conditions, indicating that contact conditions between were important complete albumin. In-situ diffuse reflectance FTIR studies revealed peptide bond decomposed alkyl side chains decomposition followed pseudo first-order kinetics.
