摘要: Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) appear to be vital for the sustenance of our present society. Not only do they seem protect original works creators but also fight infringement, a major problem in today’s world. But we really need fear use by others? Is it right consider knowledge as commodity and seek recognition it? Ancient Indian scriptures suggest that people sub-continent did not uphold concept ownership bases believed was passed down without reservations: A Parampara (tradition ) Guru ( erudite teacher) Sishya (the understudy).
