摘要: Viral oncogene product of avian sarcoma virus S2 was reported to have two alterations from proto-src product; a substitution its extreme carboxyl terminus with peptide helper viral protein and point mutation which altered the 501st amino acid arginine lysine. However, following data suggest that lysine501 is more common in than arginine501. Proto-src independent embryos we analyzed encoded lysine for acid. Rous S1, another isolate had transduced proto-src, also coded at same position. Thus, case S2, oncogenic activation src gene appeared be achieved only an alteration enhanced expression by long terminal repeats.
