摘要: Although there is common agreement about the concept that exercise and diet are two key factors for body weight control, ideal amount type of and, more important, control still under debate. A widely accepted nutritional regime Mediterranean diet, which has evident health benefits. Nevertheless, some researchers pointed out it possible its effects caused by lifestyle other than simple macronutrient composition diet. These may contribute significantly to benefits, perhaps as much specific food choices. There available physicians several options produce good loss results in short or medium term maintain goal achieved. One these strategies ketogenic (KD), been studied recently. The scientific literature shows a KD robust physiological biochemical basis. able not only induce effective but also improve cardiovascular risk parameters. This chapter discusses one apparent oxymoron: paradox allows us merge well-known beneficial with positive metabolic KD. Here we discuss basis how combine tradition.
