摘要: Resume Introduction L’industrie du tabac (IT) annonce que le chauffe reduit les risques tabagisme et va remplacer la cigarette. Methode Apres une interrogation Medline en fevrier 2018, analyse systematique des articles a ete conduite. Resultats Parmi 100 publications 2008–2018, 75 ont auteurs affilies l’IT. Les emissions contiennent gaz, gouttelettes particules solides, ce sont donc fumees. principaux produits THS2.2 (Iqos®) qui 340 °C mini-cigarettes, THP1.0 (Glo®) 240 °C mini-cigarettes delivrant environ deux fois moins de nicotine, Ploom® utilise microcapsules reconstitue chauffees 180 °C. Si reduction toxiques est observee, risque n’est pas demontree. Le dans 10 % 45 % cas par non-fumeurs. La THS2.2 est plus porte d’entree (20 %) qu’une sortie (11 %). Il espere chez utilisateurs mixtes (69 %). Conclusion documentee, pour fumeur reste demontrer. En revanche, l’aggravation tabagique globale liee aux promotions tabacs chauffes l’IT probable, justifiant autorites prennent mesures appropriees.
