摘要: With the exploding interest in transition metal chalcogenides, sulfide minerals containing dianion S22–, such as pyrite (FeS2), cattierite (CoS2), and vaesite (NiS2), have recently attracted much attention for potential applications energy conversion storage devices. However, synthesis of patronite structure (VS4, V4+(S22–)2) its not yet been clearly demonstrated because experimental difficulties existence nonstoichiometric phases. Herein, we report VS4 using a simple, facile hydrothermal method with graphene oxide (GO) template characterization resulting material. Tests various templates CNT, pyrene, perylene-3,4,9,10-tetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA), graphite led us to conclusion that graphitic layer plays role nucleation during growth VS4. Furthermore, VS4/rGO hybrid was proved be promising functional material
