摘要: This paper addresses a challenge associated with large scale deployment of distributed energy resources (DER) to provide system services in future sustainable power systems; namely how prioritize conflicting interests service provided by DER. For that purpose, different utilizing the DER are identified as well potentially between services. A scheme is suggested for should be prioritized based on considerations regarding nature and operating state at time request. Examples illustrating functionality scheme. (4 pages)
